Ok, I purchaased this item for $155 which I think is a good deal, it sounds very good and can produce so much volume
you wont need while watching TV however, it can pack a punch at an outdoor party.
The bass is pretty good however my plan was to add it to an exsisting subwoofer anyway but you certainly would not need it.
All the functions listed in the discription work very well and are a great asset to the unit since I have seen soundbars
priced as much or higher with nothing more that the input for sound playback.
Its a bit heavier that others because of the wood cabinet and or the internal hardware, and for the size you will need an appropiate Tv entertainment stand to accomidate it.
The reason I only gave it 3 stars is it arrived damaged, I don't mean something happened in transit but a coverup flaw.
There is a mared surface on the top of the cabinet with a sticky residue over the area that someone tried to repair the cosmetic appearance.
The item was listed as new, and I don't expect any danage.
I would like to return the item but as of now there is none in stock.
I really don't want to go through the hassel of a return anyway, and thats why Amazon takes the chance of selling the item
in that condition.
With all that I won't be purchasing any more items like this from Amazon.com
