We purchased 6 speakers and returned all of them but we only got refunded for 4 speakers we're still missing 2 refunds for the 2 speakers.

The PHSKIT8 is a good in-ceiling kit especially for the price. I installed it in a dental office so it is used primarily for low volume background music, but the speakers sound good when turned up. Speakers look and sound great with tweeters that can be aimed.
The reason I did not give it 5 stars is due to design issues that complicate the installation. 1) It did not come with any instructions at all. So you will need to rely your own knowledge and common sense. 2) The design of the volume control units do not allow them to be installed in an electrical box. Unlike the control units sold by competitors, the circuit board on the unit in this kit is too wide to fit in a wall-box. This means the volume unit must be screwed directly into the drywall (which will become stripped out very quickly) or you'll have to design your own way to strengthen the hole area of the drywall (which is what I did.)
Very similar volume controls from competitors do not have this issue and can be easily installed in simple low-wattage boxes. I came very close to purchasing extra volume controls and trashing the ones included with the kit due to the headache I faced with installation. But even if you do that, the price is probably still work it.
