Product Description
Definitive UIW Reference Architectural Speakers are perfect for bringing spectacular-sounding, high-performance invisible home theater systems into every room in your house. The RCS III are in-ceiling front main, center, or surround speakers for built-in home theater installations. They feature two 4-1/2 inch cast basket active drivers and a Pure Aluminum tweeter on an angled baffle aimed at the listening area. Proprietary Wave Length (patent pending) baffle geometry and acoustic treatment materials serve to create the illusion that the speakers are directly in front of the listener rather than up in the ceiling. The active drivers are pressure-coupled to two 5-1/4 race-track Low-Bass Radiators for exceptional bass and perfect blending with free-standing or built-in subwoofers.

Thank you tech5102. Exactly the good advice I need. In my 12x16 back bedroom I'm thinking of 3 rcs 3s for fronts, 2 rss 3s for rears + a supercube 2 for a 5.1 system along with a new plasma. Yours or others reactions/advice please. Thanks

i have a def tech complete system-bp7001cs,supercube reference sub woofer,3ooo center channel,and in ceiling speakers.the only thing idon`t regret is paying for this in wall rcs III.if you gus planning to pu up a home theater system,do not spend your money for bp7001 sc`s,and 3000 clr.thist in wall rcs III along with the super cube reference sub woofer is more than enough for music and 7.1 channel.bp7001cs,clr center chnnel system sucks !!!!!! sucks!!!!.the built in sub woofer useless,weak.brand new from the box,bp70001 sc sub rattle and failed.i am so frustrated that it takes 2 months to repair and failed again.so built in sub-woofers in def tech is worst design failure.keep in mind def tech technical support advise and procedure followed.def tech class d built in amps over rated.pls. you guys out there do not make the same mistake i did. !!!!!
