I've now installed five of these speakers...three in my 5:1 system and two downstairs for surround coverage. I've found Audio Source products to be an excellent value. Sound is crisp and clear and powerful. Most importantly, the customer service is nothing short of EXCELLENT. Yes, you can spend tons more cash on ceiling speakers but you'd be hard-pressed to find a better value than these ASCLR6Cs.
